In the early 1990's, Yvon Rozijn developed several software titles for the Commodore Amiga computer, including a tile rummy type game and the AWeb browser. Informally, the name YPR Software was already used.
When the Amiga days were over, Yvon ported his tile rummy game to Windows, which then became the predecessor of the game that is now called RRRummy.
In 2006, YPR Software incorporated and became YPR Software B.V.
Today, YPR Software B.V. is a one-man independent game studio. Using the name YPRgames, we develop games for mobile devices. Our apps are mostly compelling puzzle type games, with the focus on fun and challenge. In our games, skill and strategy tend to play a more important role than mere luck, because we think that is what makes a game truly interesting.
